Fans of this site will know that I am a fan of fairy tales, so I was very happy to read that 500 new fairy tales have been discovered in Germany.
Locked away in archives for 150 years, they were collected by Franz Xaver von Schönwerth, the only man Jacob Grimm felt could replace him and his brother. Some of these stories have never been seen elsewhere, so I look forward to learning more about them.
