A Good Grooming

Yesterday I mentioned that my dog Scotch had an appointment at the groomer. I thought I’d share some photos of him.

Here is his before shot.

You can see his oven mit paws and the curls along his chest and belly. When we take him out in the park, he’s a magnet for dirt, dust, and leaves. So much so that we call him “Pig Pen,” after the Peanuts character. Such a dirty dog. But here’s his after shot.

What a world of difference. You can see all his freckles and spots! And his toes! Much cleaner. And so soft, like a velveteen rabbit. Much better than Pig Pen. Anyway, that was a big chunk of my day. Hope you enjoy the pictures.
