I’ve written about the best chili ever before. Well, go back and look at that old post. Because that’s what I’m doing today. My wife got a new Dutch oven for her birthday, and today I’m breaking it in by making a big pot of chili.
I know, I know. It sounds like I’m commandeering her birthday gift. But no. I’m making a lovely dinner. When she gets home, she will arrive to a home filled with the scent of chili. And, oh man, is that a good thing.
But it also means I can’t give you a super detailed post today. Sorry. I’m needed in the kitchen. Don’t be jealous you’re not having chili. Go make your own instead. You can thank me later.
