Over the weekend, this year’s Hugo winners were announced. Tor.com provided the complete list of Hugo nominees and winners. You can also read some of the winning pieces online for free. First off, congratulations to Neil Gaiman for winning a Hugo for an absolutely wonderful episode of Doctor Who. Second, during his acceptance speech, Neil Gaiman dropped a very interesting hint, saying, “…only a fool or a mad man would try to do it again… so I’m on the third draft.”
I know! Another Doctor Who episode by Neil Gaiman! And io9.com has some extra info the episode. Based on how wonderful “The Doctor’s Wife” was (as well as how much I love Gaiman’s writing), I know I’m not the only Whovian who is squeeing with excitement over this development.
