So a deal has been reached. Thank goodness. Disaster has been averted.
Well, until early 2014. Just in time for another crisis to bring us to the cliff’s edge. Maybe this time it will be close enough to an actual election to mean something.
Until then, I’m off to an early dinner where I’ll enjoy a stiff drink.
