Yesterday I went to the gym, and, like an idiot, I rushed things and didn’t pay attention. The result? During a deadlift I hurt my back. Since then, bending at the waist has been pretty painful. So I’ve been taking meds, lying down, and surgically attaching a heating pad to my lower back. Oh, and bourbon helps too.
But anyway, because it looks like this when I try to get up off my back,

Find yourself an acupuncturist. Seriously. I had chronic back pain from an old injury and repeated treatments took care of it; haven’t had a serious flareup in quite a while.
