I’m back from the library. I’ve returned to a house that smells awesome, thanks to a crock pot full of beef, carrots, onions, herbs, and lots of gravy. But I’m not done yet. My house is about to start smelling even better. Here’s why:
That’s right, I’m making both recipes. Both are from “My Family Table” by John Besh–a super chef from New Orleans. Check out his stuff if you want to eat very well. I know my wife and I will be later tonight.
