And I’m Back….Kinda

Over Memorial Day weekend, I travelled to Boston for my sister’s wedding. Everything went off without a hitch. It was fun, beautiful, and it really incorporated some elements that were unique to the couple, namely a Neil Gaiman poem, a Battlestar Galactica reference, and performances by the members of the groom’s a cappella group. Good food, good times, and way too much good things to drink.

Sadly, the next morning I wasn’t feeling too well, so I went for a greasy, “hate yourself” breakfast. And I’m pretty sure the steak and cheese sandwich I bought caused a little case of food poisoning, taking me out for the rest of the weekend. Oh well. At least I got to see friends and family, make new friends, and get to know new members of my family.

But as I am still shaking off the last of it, I have a feeling today will be a pretty lame day. So, to make up for it, here’s Myke Cole’s 18 rules for Writers. I think any writer will find this list pretty funny. And if not, well, my condition is pretty funny if you’d rather go that route.
