Wartime Rules of Golf

Today on Twitter, Maria Popova of brainpickings.org (@brainpicker) posted a link to some Rules of Golf from Surrey, England during WWII.

Apparently, instead of closing down the course during a period of actual bombs dropping on the course (and exploding), the Richmond Golf Club created some very interesting rules. They read like something out of a Looney Tunes cartoon. Enjoy.
