Sorry I didn’t post until now. I had to take my dog to the cardiologist. That’s right, a doggy cardiologist. My wife and I don’t have cardiologists (it’s only a matter of time, I’m sure), but our dog does.
He is a rescue, so a few months ago he needed to get some teeth pulled, but before we could do that, we had to take him to the cardiologist to measure his heart murmur before our vet would put him under anesthesia.
Today was a follow-up visit. The good news is that Scotch is doing great. In fact, he’s improved in some ways. So, correction: excellent news, because heart issues like this usually get progressively worse.
And for all of those making fun of me for going to such lengths for a pet (you heartless monsters), how could you ever refuse this face?
Anyway, back to writing.
