Today is a do laundry/schedule interviews/submit to writing group/make coffee kinda day. So while I run around getting stuff done, I give you two things:
First: cake. I can’t decide if this is a great cake or the greatest cake. I just hope it’s not a lie.
Second: a short story by Catherynne Valente published in the August 2012 issue of Clarkesworld.
